Week 3, Day 2

I currently weigh:  251.6 pounds

Today I consumed:

2 Chicken Thighs baked in olive oil and chicken seasoning
2 ounces of cheddar cheese

And this is embarrassing... 4 cans of diet coke and NO water...  What is my problem?

Exercise:

1.5 Miles - Walking

Feeling energized!

I need to eat more vegetables.
