I have decided to post what I eat as well, so I can look back and make adjustments if necessary.

Today I ate:

2 Chicken Thighs - Baked in Olive Oil with Italian Seasoning
1 Can of Green Beans
3 ounces of cheese

I am having the... "Atkins poop" lately.. ugh.
